Dawn, You have been a life saver for us and for our mother. We can not say enough what a blessing you have been. We were dreading the health assessment for mother’s long term insurance provider as they are so unresponsive and difficult to deal with. But then you showed up and made everything so much better. Your knowledge in the medical field finally got mom’s insurance to approve care coverage. Then when they wanted to do a second assessment only 6 months later you answered our call and let us know our right to insist that we got to choose the (independent) assessor instead of dealing with their company assessor. Again you showed up and made it so much easier. We have learned so much from you and enjoy your visits. You are very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Thank you!
